The EBS University of Business and Law, founded in 1971, is one of the oldest private universities in Germany. It comprises the EBS Business School, the EBS Law School, and the EBS Executive School. The university offers programs in business and law, from bachelor's to master's and MBA degrees, up to the first legal examination. The campus in Oestrich-Winkel and Wiesbaden accommodates around 2,200 students and 44 professors. The EBS focuses on practice-oriented teaching and close collaboration with over 200 corporate partners and international partner universities.
With its teaching approach of Challenge Based Learning and the Coaching & Leadership Hub, EBS specifically promotes leadership skills. The university is accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities and consistently achieves high rankings in national and international rankings. Since 2016, EBS has been part of the SRH Holding, a non-profit educational organization.
