You acquire in-depth expertise in business-relevant legal disciplines such as corporate and commercial law, prepare risk analyses, and engage with the subject of compliance. Additionally, you train your negotiation and moderation skills as well as management and leadership competencies. From the third semester onwards, you specialise in a subject area of your choice, e.g. "Contracts", "Mergers & Acquisitions", "Legal Tech", "Compliance/White-Collar Crime", "Mediation & Conflict Management" or "Insurance".
