As a rule, law studies with at least the first state examination or completion of a bachelor’s degree with a legal focus. Graduates of economics degree programmes with legal prior knowledge of at least 50 ECTS can also be admitted under certain conditions.

The continuing Master’s degree programme in Corporate Law (Master of Laws LL.M.) equips you with economic legal expertise. Students learn to assess legally relevant corporate matters and develop solutions for corresponding issues. You will gain comprehensive knowledge in accounting, commercial and corporate law, as well as tax and financial statement law. In addition, elective modules allow for subject specialisation. The programme is aimed at graduates of a Bachelor’s degree with a legal focus or a law degree with at least the first state examination. Bachelor graduates of an economics degree with legal prior knowledge may also be admitted. Further information can be found on the PFH website.
