Who is the Master’s programme Business Law & Compliance suitable for?

What requirements do you have to meet for admission?
For admission to the Master Business Law & Compliance you need one of the following formal degrees:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Law (LL.B.) with at least six semesters of regular study duration
- Alternatively: a diploma degree in Business Law
- A degree in Law with proof of business and legal knowledge (at least 30 ECTS each)
Additionally, the following are required:
- Advanced English skills (for example through TOEFL, TOEFL iBT or an equivalent recognised language test)
- Successfully completed selection procedure (personal interview)
- Curriculum vitae with current passport photo and copy of ID card (for international applicants: copy of the National Identity Card)

Through specialisation opportunities such as Joint Seminars, Summer Schools or guest lectures, you can focus on current economic legal topics.
How is the degree structured?
The Master’s programme is designed as a four-semester full-time classroom course and follows the CORE principle of SRH University: You learn in 5-week blocks with practical case studies and benefit from small study groups as well as individual support and coaching. Teaching sessions are concentrated from Wednesday to Friday, allowing good compatibility with professional or family commitments. You complete compulsory and elective modules, participate in a mandatory international study trip, and can acquire additional certificates. The programme concludes with the Master’s thesis and a final colloquium. International seminars, events and networking opportunities are firmly integrated in the curriculum.

The tuition fees amount to €690 per month for EU/EWR students (including Switzerland, Ukraine, Western Balkans) – a total of around €16,560 for the standard study period of four semesters. In addition, a one-time enrollment fee of €750 applies. For students from non-EU/EWR countries, the fee increases to €4,140 per semester plus a €1,000 enrollment fee. SRH University offers advice on government funding programmes such as BAföG, education funds, scholarships and student loans. Additional study costs (e.g. examination fees) do not apply, so you can plan with a transparent cost structure.
