If you have completed a first degree with 180 ECTS credits, you can make up the missing 30 credits during the first year of study at SRH University. Additionally, you must provide proof of at least twelve months of relevant professional experience in the construction sector – alternatively, you can acquire a further 30 ECTS in the construction sector after completing a degree from other fields. For your application, you must also submit a CV with a current passport photo, a copy of your ID, and if you are of foreign origin, proof of sufficient German language skills (DSH or TestDaF). Admission to the programme is granted following participation in a selection interview.

Teaching follows the CORE principle of SRH University: you work in five-week blocks on practical projects and learn in small groups. Assessments are carried out in a variety of formats, not only traditionally in writing but also through project work and presentations. At the end of the second semester, you choose an elective subject for individual specialisation. The third semester concludes with the Master’s thesis, in which you independently work on a current topic.
