In order to be admitted to the Master’s in Management and Leadership (M.A.) at SRH University Heidelberg, you need to provide the following documents:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) with at least 210 ECTS credits. A prior degree in business administration is not required.
- If your first degree comprises 180 ECTS credits, you can make up the missing 30 ECTS by additional modules at a German university, at Mobile University Riedlingen (e-learning) or, if applicable, through creditable professional experience.
- Success in the university’s internal selection procedure, which includes a personal interview.
- Complete application documents including CV with a current passport photo and copy of ID (for international applicants, national identity card).
- For foreign applicants: proof of university entrance qualification and sufficient German language skills (e.g. DSH or TestDaF exam) as well as successful completion of the selection procedure.

- Teaching follows the CORE principle in 5-week teaching blocks with innovative teaching and examination formats; traditional written exams are omitted, with a focus instead on practice-oriented assessments.
- The courses are held intensively from Wednesday to Friday, which allows good compatibility of the studies with work or family commitments.
- In the third semester, you will complete a multi-week practical phase, in which you apply your knowledge directly in a company, in setting up a start-up, or through your own project work.
- The programme concludes with a scientific master’s thesis, which builds on the competencies acquired during the studies and practical phase.

Due to the concentrated presence days from Wednesday to Friday, you can flexibly combine work or other commitments with your studies.
What costs are incurred and how can you finance the studies?
The tuition fees for the Master's programme Management and Leadership amount to €690 per month and remain unchanged throughout the entire duration of study. The total costs thus amount to €13,170 for the standard period of three semesters. In addition, a one-time enrolment fee of €750 is charged. For students from non-EEA countries, the enrolment fee is €1,000 and tuition fees for the first semester must be paid in advance.
- No further examination fees are incurred, not even for repeat examinations – the cost structure is therefore transparent and manageable.
