- Completed undergraduate degree in psychology
- At least one year of work experience
- Executives without an undergraduate degree can also be admitted through the Master's entry program

The part-time Master's program in Business Psychology at the European Fernhochschule Hamburg (Euro-FH) is designed for graduates with a background in psychology. The program provides solid knowledge in work, organizational, and business psychology as well as in psychological research methods.
The main goal of the program is to enable graduates to describe, analyze, and develop innovative solutions for complex problem situations in economic contexts using scientific knowledge of business psychology. Students learn to independently develop and implement new strategies for organizational issues.
The curriculum includes modules on process design in organizations, organizational consulting, and applied business psychology in practice and research. Students can choose three out of ten modules to set individual priorities. Accompanying seminars aim to expand methodological and action competencies.
In addition to leadership roles in management, human resources, advertising, marketing, and project management, the program also qualifies for positions as independent consultants, coaches, or trainers. The practice-oriented teaching concept relies on diverse teaching materials and various learning approaches that enable students to apply their acquired knowledge directly in their professional lives.
