- Alternatively: At least two years of vocational training plus at least three years of professional experience plus a passed aptitude test
- Motivation letter (maximum one page, up to 1,800 characters including spaces): Describe why you want to study the programme at SRH University, what your expectations are and how you see your professional future
- Chronological CV with a current passport photo
- Copy of ID (for international applicants: National Identity Card)
The admission process includes an interview after reviewing the documents. There is no allocation of study places based on a numerus clausus (NC). The programme is NC-free.

How is the Degree Programme Structured?
The degree programme is designed as a full-time on-campus course and lasts 7 semesters (210 ECTS). You will learn in a practice-oriented way according to the CORE principle of SRH University: projects, workshops, and numerous practical tasks are integrated into every phase. The aim is for you to continuously apply and deepen your knowledge in practice.
- Practical Projects: In each semester, you implement your own practical projects, such as the “Podcast Workshop” or the Gaming Workshop.
- Workshops & Laboratories: Innovation labs, social media, film, and gaming workshops complement the programme.
- Internship/Semester Abroad: In the 6th semester, you complete either a practical semester at a company or a study semester abroad.
- Bachelor Thesis: At the end, you develop and present your final project as part of a colloquium.
Many modules are supervised by experienced professors as well as external media experts from professional practice. The programme starts annually in the winter semester and has no admission restrictions (NC).
