Details

The Master's programme in UX & Service Design (M.A.) is aimed at individuals who have already completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and now wish to specialise in designing user-centred services and products. Participants have the opportunity to engage with the principles and methods of User Experience Design and Service Design. They will acquire the ability to apply research techniques to analyse user behaviour and make targeted improvements.

The programme is practice-oriented and offers a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical projects. The curriculum includes modules on subjects such as General Business Administration, Design Research, and User Experience Design. Throughout the course, participants will enhance their skills in prototyping and designing complex systems. The programme concludes with a Master's thesis.
