Details
The course "Sales and Management" offered by the European Distance University Hamburg GmbH introduces students to the fundamentals of business administration. This includes topics such as business law, marketing, economics, cost accounting and controlling, quantitative methods, operations, investment and finance, international studies, corporate management, personnel, leadership and organization, as well as information management.
In the advanced part of the course, knowledge in the area of Advanced Sales is conveyed. This covers topics such as contract initiation and conclusion, customer relationship management, sales organization management, psychology in sales, pricing and price enforcement, as well as sales law. The course concludes with the writing of a bachelor's thesis.
This distance learning course, leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree, has a duration of 36 months. It includes a total of nine 2-day presence seminars in Hamburg, an online seminar, and a 2-week International Seminar at a partner university abroad. Students should expect to dedicate approximately 25 hours per week to this course.
