You need a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent university degree (at least 180 ECTS) from a recognised university. The subject area is not strictly specified, but prior knowledge of economics is advantageous. Additionally required are:

The English-language Master’s programme International Management at SRH University specifically prepares you for complex leadership roles in global companies. The focus is on practice-oriented modules in business administration, law, management, project development, and corporate governance. Due to the international orientation, you will acquire not only sound management knowledge but also intercultural and communication skills.
- 1st semester: You will engage with topics such as Risk Management in Value Creation, International Contractual Management, Operations and Project Management, Leadership & Global Strategic Management, as well as Negotiation and Conflict Management. Here, you learn to analyse opportunities and risks, design contracts in international contexts, manage business processes, and lead teams.
- 2nd semester: Your focus areas are innovation strategies, business model development, the legal environment of international business, as well as participation in practice-oriented business projects (Business Lab). You develop innovative business ideas and steer the corresponding value creation processes.
- 3rd semester: You deepen your knowledge in Intercultural Management, Human Resource Management & Ethical Leadership, Risk Management in Financing, Strategic Network Management, and International Marketing Management. Leadership of international teams and ethical aspects are central here.
- 4th semester: The programme concludes with a master seminar, a mandatory internship, and the master thesis. Here, you apply the knowledge gained to real business situations and acquire practical professional experience in an international context.
Throughout the course, you train soft skills such as creativity, communication and problem-solving competence, independence, and intercultural sensitivity. Depending on the options selected, you have the opportunity to study in up to three countries and obtain an additional international master’s degree.
How is the course progression for International Management organised?
The programme is designed as a full-time on-campus course spanning four semesters (two years) with a total of 120 ECTS credits. The language of instruction is English. You study at the Berlin campus but can optionally choose further international study locations for selected variants and partner programmes to gain valuable overseas experience.
- The study follows the CORE principle of SRH University: learning in 5-week blocks, project-oriented, multimethodical, and with individual support in small study groups.
- Practice-oriented projects, case studies, and cooperation with companies are an integral part of the curriculum.

The Triple-Campus model allows up to three different study locations worldwide.

The tuition fees for EU/EEA students (including Switzerland and Western Balkans) amount to €840 per month, corresponding to €4,800 per semester or €19,200 for the entire duration of four semesters. For non-EU/EEA students, the fees are €6,950 per semester. Additionally, a one-time registration fee applies (€750 for EU/EEA, €1,000 for non-EU/EEA).
