The Master's program "Human Resources Management" at the European Fernhochschule in Hamburg offers graduates the opportunity to deepen their expertise in personnel management. Over the course of 24 months, students acquire advanced knowledge in areas such as employee leadership, personnel development, and change management. The course is aimed at employed professionals in the human resources field who wish to expand their career opportunities through sound knowledge and practical skills.
The program is accredited by FIBAA and certified until September 2025. The currency and quality of teaching are ensured through application-oriented research activities. Specifically, interdisciplinary projects are conducted in the clusters "Human Resource Management and Corporate Learning in the Age of Digitization" as well as other relevant areas.

Euro-FH enables students to deepen their course content individually through online tutorials, webinars, and mobile learning materials. Exams can be taken monthly either online or in person at one of the ten nationwide examination centers.
