Yes. Leipzig offers a small selection of English-taught bachelor’s programmes at both public and private universities.

At the private SRH University in Leipzig:

• International Business Administration, B.A. – taught in English and available as a general business degree or with a Supply Chain Management focus.
• Computer Science, B.Sc. – an English-taught programme covering software development, data science and related IT subjects.

The SRH programmes usually offer April and October intakes. As a private university, SRH charges tuition fees.

At Leipzig University:

• American Studies, B.A. – primarily taught in English; some elective modules may be taught in German.
• International Physics Studies Program (Honours), B.Sc. – an English-taught, eight-semester physics degree.

A nearby public option: The Business Economics, B.Sc. at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg is taught in English. Halle is around 30–40 minutes from Leipzig by train.

Also worth noting: International Management, B.A. at HTWK Leipzig is approximately 70% English-taught, but German is also required. It is therefore not a fully English-language degree.

Admission requirements vary. You will generally need a recognised university entrance qualification and proof of English proficiency. Leipzig University and the public programmes normally begin in the winter semester, whereas SRH also offers an April intake.
