Details

The part-time organised Bachelor's degree programme in Chiropractic prepares students for the field of chiropractic and imparts the necessary professional knowledge, skills, and methods. Students acquire fundamental competences in the field of chiropractic, including basic knowledge in the medical subjects, comprehensive knowledge in the biomechanics of the human musculoskeletal system, and skills and abilities in manual techniques, particularly adjustment/manipulation. The programme enables participants to critically reflect on their practical work with patients and to continuously adapt their therapeutic practice by researching and utilising information sources to keep up to date with the current state of knowledge. The ability to acquire this new knowledge will result in graduates of the programme increasingly being in demand as lecturers in the teaching/training of chiropractors, as well as in further education and professional development nationally and internationally.
