Admission requirements

The entry requirements for the Bachelor of Arts Real Estate degree program are:

Technical (Abitur) or a professional qualification (e.g. completed vocational training with three years of related professional experience) or previous training recognized as equivalent Proven English language skills at level B1. Knowledge of English can be demonstrated through a recognized foreign language certificate and through English lessons as part of the (technical) Abitur.

There are no further admission requirements, such as a numerus clausus.
