Admission requirements
A first professional university degree is necessary as well as analytical skills for the quantitative specializations. A very good GMAT (or GRE) result is advantageous as well as proof of English language skills (TOEFL or equivalent test). Not more than 18 months of work experience.

The Master's in Global Management at ESMT Berlin prepares students for a career in the international business world. This programme lasts for 24 months and is conducted in a face-to-face format in Berlin. The target group is young professionals with less than 24 months of work experience post-graduation who aspire to an international career. The programme emphasizes a global perspective, complemented by a wide range of international exchange opportunities and practical projects, such as the Global Impact Program and the Social Impact Project.
The programme content includes Business Economics, Financial Management, Agile Leadership, Global Corporate Strategy, as well as Operations and Global Supply Chain Management. Additionally, students can tailor their learning path through a variety of elective modules and an optional Finance Certificate.
Special emphasis is placed on practical experiences, including mandatory internships and participation in social projects. Through the Global Impact Program in collaboration with the University of Virginia, students can deepen their knowledge in sustainability, intercultural collaboration, and social impact. This takes place in an immersive exchange programme in the USA in the second year of the programme.
