Admission requirements

Studying at BSP Business School Berlin is NC-free. For us, performance, talent, motivation, and discipline matter more than the grade point average on the final certificate.

To be admitted to our Bachelor's degree programme in Business Psychology, you must fulfil the following admission requirements:

  • Eligibility to study pursuant to § 10 BerlHG (general higher education entrance qualification, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, advanced technical college entrance qualification or comparable qualification) or
  • Possibility of further study pursuant to § 11 BerlHG
  • University entrance for professionally qualified persons pursuant to § 11 BerlHG

Business psychology applies scientific findings to economic tasks within a wide range of applications – it thus combines classical entrepreneurial thinking with psychological skills and business-psychological know-how.

Our bachelor's degree programme in Business Psychology is based on a strong practical and professional orientation. Theoretical content is fundamentally deepened through concrete case studies and simulations as well as through professional feedback sessions. Group discussions, business games and management training are just as much a fixed component of our learning modules as two several-month practical phases, which are completed at companies either domestically or abroad. For this purpose, BSP offers a strong network with business partners from various industries. In addition, you get to know numerous lecturers from management practice during your studies, who, together with the BSP professorial staff, provide exciting insights into everyday professional life.
