Admission requirements

  • In order to participate in the course, applicants must have a high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification.
  • In addition, a minimum of 3 months of practical work experience is required, or alternatively proof of a specialized professional examination, e.g. as a State-certified business economist or specialist manager.
  • Alternatively, applicants with a completed vocational training and several years of work experience can also be admitted, possibly after an entrance examination.

The course contents are divided into two main areas: Business Administration and Business Psychology. In the field of Business Administration, topics such as General Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Cost Accounting and Controlling, Personnel Management, Investment and Financing, as well as Business Management are covered. In addition, the course includes scientific work, English for Business, New Work, Basics of Accounting, Digital Work, Economics and Business Law.

In the field of Business Psychology, fundamentals of psychology, Occupational, Organizational and Business Psychology, Statistics, Psychological Competence, Aptitude Diagnostics and Personnel Development, Research Methods in Practice, as well as Intercultural Psychology are taught.
