The bachelor's program "Vocational Education for Nursing and Social Professions" at the APOLLON University of Health Care Management in Bremen is aimed at professionals with a completed vocational training in a state-recognized nursing or social profession. Upon completion of the program, graduates are entitled to teach the practical part of the training at vocational schools and health care schools.

The program comprises 180 Credit Points (CP) according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) with a workload of 5,400 hours. It consists of on-site classes, virtual/interactive online teaching, practical phases at the training location, and self-study with a bachelor's thesis. A total of 34 modules are planned, of which 26 must be completed. There are general vocational education modules as well as specialized elective modules in the areas of nursing and social work.

The curriculum includes various formats of online lessons such as web-based trainings and videos for deepening the learning content. The program is designed for working professionals and can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis. The standard period of study is 36 months full-time and 48 months part-time.

The program has been accredited by the Accreditation Council and meets the requirements for a qualified training of professionals in the pedagogical field for nursing and social professions.
