Course structure
At DIPLOMA Hochschule, you have the option to study the Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education in one of four formats: as an online programme, as a distance learning programme on site, as a full-time on-campus programme, or as a dual study programme.
The dual study programme at DIPLOMA Hochschule is designed for a strong theory-practice transfer. Throughout the entire course, there is a close interlinking of study and practice, which is why you will spend three out of five days per week in practice with your practice partner. The other two days per week are dedicated to theoretical lessons, which you can complete as online study or as distance learning on site. In the online programme, the sessions take place as live online seminars. You can also take your exams online or at a testing centre of your choice. In the distance learning programme on site, you attend your real presence seminars and examinations at your chosen study centre – in Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, or Mannheim.
Costs & start of studies
The dual study programme at DIPLOMA Hochschule begins each year in the summer semester (April) and winter semester (October).
