- completed training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany and successfully completed qualification as a state-certified business economist specializing in housing management and real estate credit (DQR 6)
For foreign students interested in studying this German-language program, proof of German language proficiency is required. The proof must be provided before the start of studies and is generally not older than five years.
