The Executive MBA aims to develop experienced business leaders into visionary and responsible executives. The course provides a transformation by deepening the subject knowledge of management discipline. By collaborating in diverse teams, studying abroad, and connecting with lecturers and industry leaders worldwide, students expand their network, enhance their intercultural skills, and improve their leadership abilities.
The structure of the course includes essential modules such as strategy, decision making and entrepreneurial action, global economy and digitalisation, as well as competitive strategy and sustainability. Additional content includes corporate finance and accounting, transformative leadership, innovation management, strategy implementation, and crisis management.
Special highlights of the program include career counselling, international experiences through modules in Dublin and optionally abroad at the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, as well as the opportunity to attend an elective module at the KEDGE Business School in Shanghai. The study programme concludes with a comprehensive consultancy project, giving students the opportunity to solve strategic or management-related issues in collaboration with an external company.
