Who benefits from the Master’s in Marketing & Sales?
The Master’s degree programme in Marketing & Sales (M.Sc.) is aimed at graduates of business administration bachelor’s programmes who wish to specifically qualify for a specialist or leadership role in marketing, sales, brand management or related fields. The course is particularly suitable for career starters who want to deepen their skills in strategic management, digital brand leadership or sales. The programme is also relevant for young professionals who have already gained experience in marketing and now wish to further develop their career towards management, product management or business development.
What admission criteria do you need to meet?
You need a completed bachelor’s degree (at least 180 ECTS credits).
- At least 40 ECTS credits in business-related subjects are required in the first degree.
- In addition, at least 5 ECTS credits must be demonstrated in the area of quantitative methods (e.g. statistics, mathematics, empirical research).
If these ECTS requirements are not fully met, you can qualify for the programme through an entrance test. Further details will be clarified in a personal advisory meeting. There is no numerus clausus. The language of instruction is German.
For successful completion of the programme, you should have an interest in strategic tasks in marketing and sales. Analytical thinking, an understanding of economic contexts and confident use of quantitative methods are important. Communication skills, team orientation and self-initiative play a central role, as the programme is project-oriented and practice-based. Creativity and openness to digital trends in marketing are advantageous. Initial practical experience in sales, marketing or brand communication facilitates integration but is not a mandatory requirement.

In the Master’s programme Marketing & Sales (M.Sc.) at Hochschule Fresenius, you engage with current and practice-relevant knowledge from marketing and sales. The programme combines strategic management, market-oriented corporate management, and sales psychology. The core subjects include:

Course Structure
The Master’s in Marketing & Sales is designed as a full-time programme and lasts four semesters (120 ECTS). The innovative “3-day master” concept means: lectures take place concentrated on three fixed days per week. This leaves time for a part-time job, practical experience, or your own projects. In addition to the compulsory modules, you take at least one elective subject, which you choose individually according to your interests.

The tuition fees amount to 850 euros per month, a total of 20,400 euros for the standard duration of four semesters. In addition, there is a one-time registration fee of 695 euros. The price includes all teaching materials, access to StudyPLUS offers, free language courses, workshops and networking events.
