Admission requirements
You should have successfully completed your bachelor's degree by the start of the Master's in Business Management program and have a business administration component of 30 ECTS. Regardless of whether you completed your bachelor's with 180 or 210 ECTS, at HdWM you have the opportunity to directly enter the Master's in Business Management. With 180 ECTS, you enroll in the four-semester course variant Business Management & Digital Leadership, complete a preparatory course or spend a semester abroad after one year of study to achieve the remaining 30 ECTS.
Prospective students with 210 ECTS can start the program directly and successfully complete it within three semesters. Additionally, an optional semester abroad can be undertaken.
Depending on whether you want to pursue your master's degree in German or English, non-native speakers need to provide proof of English proficiency at B2 level or German proficiency at C1 level.

With the M. A. Business Management programme, you are able to expand the knowledge you acquired during your bachelor's studies to a management level. By specializing in either International Sales Management, People & Culture, or IT Management, you can tailor your master's studies to your career planning. The master's programme is offered in German and entirely in English.
