  • First year (CHOICE): Introductory modules in International Business, Finance & Accounting as well as micro- and macroeconomics. Opportunity for free subject choice and to change major until the second year.
  • Second year (CORE): In-depth compulsory and elective modules on topics such as project management, international strategic management, digital transformation, marketing, organisation, human resource management or entrepreneurship. Development of key qualifications and methodological competence.
  • Third year (CAREER): Practical phase through a mandatory internship of at least two months or the start-up option. In the fifth semester there is the possibility to study abroad; the final thesis (Bachelor Thesis) takes place in the sixth semester.

The Constructor Track runs in parallel and covers methods (mathematics, statistics, programming), new skills (critical thinking, argumentation, leadership), as well as German modules (for non-native speakers). All compulsory and elective modules are taught in English. In addition to on-campus face-to-face study, many modules and especially in the first year also offer an online study option.

Alternatively, the programme offers an online option where courses can be completed digitally. A switch to on-campus study later on is possible (depending on the year of study and focus).
