  • A first professionally qualifying university degree (e.g. Bachelor, Diplom, Magister) with at least 240 credit points, of which at least 25 credit points are in the field of human resource management. In addition, you need at least 1 year of relevant professional experience after your first degree.
  • If you have a university degree with fewer than 240 credit points, you can compensate for missing credits through qualifications, relevant professional experience, further training or preparatory courses (subject to individual examination by the university).
