Admission requirements
For admission to the Master's programme in Work and Organisational Psychology, the following admission requirements apply:
· Eligibility to study in Master's programmes according to § 39 HmbHG and
· successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration or Economics
The programmes at MSH Medical School Hamburg are free of numerus clausus: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the average grade on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies, however, are of great importance.

In four semesters, graduates of the Master's degree programme in Work and Organisational Psychology at the Faculty of Human Sciences (University) are prepared to master the challenges in personnel and organisational management. This results in a higher demand for advanced knowledge in work and organisational psychology.
