Bachelor's degree or equivalent title from an accredited university or college (including technical universities) with at least 180 ECTS credits

Minimum of 12 weeks (480 hours) of practical experience

Master's in Finance
The Master's in Finance programme at WHU is designed for graduates from all over the world who have an excellent first academic degree in an economic discipline and possess good quantitative abilities. This English-language full-time programme lasts 17 to 21 months and provides you with a profound understanding of financial markets through a broad range of elective courses in finance. The programme offers both practical and international experience, preparing you for a wide range of career opportunities in the global financial industry.

 

There are two different programmes available: the 90-credit programme and the 120-credit programme, lasting 17 and 21 months respectively.

90-credit programme: Students who have completed their bachelor's degree with at least 210 ECTS credits can choose the 90-credit programme. This programme lasts 17 months and includes the one-week international Capstone Module.

120-credit programme: Students who have completed a bachelor's programme with 180 ECTS credits are eligible for the 120-credit programme, which lasts 21 months. As a participant in this programme, you will spend your third semester in the master's or MBA programme at one of our 200 partner universities abroad.
