📖 Course contents Alongside deepening your management expertise gained during your Bachelor's studies, the primary focus is on imparting knowledge in business psychology. You will become acquainted with various areas of business psychology, including organizational development, work psychology, and health prevention, as well as marketing and market research. Throughout your studies in psychology and management, you will develop management competencies based on the St. Gallen model. Unlike a control-oriented management perspective, this emphasises a systemic and entrepreneurial viewpoint, differentiating management into operational, strategic, and normative aspects. At the same time, you will consider management and organisation in their dynamic interaction with the environment. In the second semester, you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during an eight-week practical phase. In line with your individual career goals, you can choose between a management internship, a practical project within one of our partner companies, or a research internship. The Master's degree in Business Management and Business Psychology is based on the established HdWM Master's programmes M.A. Business Management and M.Sc.
