The Master's degree programme in Business Psychology at Hochschule Fresenius is aimed at graduates of a business psychology, psychology or business administration Bachelor's degree who wish to deepen their knowledge at the interface between psychology and business. The programme is particularly intended for individuals who want to specialise in leadership tasks, personnel development, organisational consulting, change management or marketing. It is suitable for Bachelor's graduates who want to work both analytically and interpersonally and who have an interest in practice-oriented, group-based study concepts.
What are the admission requirements?
To be admitted to the Master's degree programme in Business Psychology, you need:
- A completed Bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS, preferably in the field of business psychology, psychology or business administration, or an equivalent academic qualification (e.g. Diplom)
- If you have a business administration Bachelor's degree, you must demonstrate sufficient psychological and business psychology competencies in a subject-specific entrance test
- With a degree in psychology, an entrance test covering basic business administration knowledge is required
You should have a strong interest in psychological and economic issues and be enthusiastic about topics such as group and decision-making processes, ethics in business or change management. Important personal requirements include analytical thinking skills, communication ability, openness to interdisciplinary work and willingness to actively participate in group projects. Experience in dealing with empirical research, statistics or consulting is helpful but not compulsory.

Course Structure: How Is the Master’s Programme Organised?
The Business Psychology (M.Sc.) programme is designed as a four-semester full-time course comprising 120 ECTS credits. The study contents are delivered through lectures, seminars, group work and practical training. A distinctive feature of the programme is the high proportion of practice-oriented projects, in which you independently plan and carry out empirical investigations.

- Two freely selectable elective compulsory modules and practice-related project work
- In the fourth semester, preparation of the master’s thesis and colloquium

Costs and Financing: How Much Does the Master’s Programme Cost and How Can You Finance It?
The monthly tuition fee is 850 euros. For the four-semester full-time programme, the total amount is 20,400 euros. The registration fee is a one-off payment of 695 euros.
