The continuing Master's degree programme comprises 60 ECTS credits and lasts three semesters. It is primarily aimed at graduates from other disciplines who wish to develop practical skills in the field of business psychology. In addition to mandatory subjects such as work and organisational psychology, market and advertising psychology, or process management, there are seven different specialisations to choose from during the course: corporate health management, personnel selection and evaluation, conflict management, leadership, personnel development tools, employee retention, and recruitment of employees.
