Admission requirements

(Wirtschafts-)psychological or professionally related Bachelor’s degree with 180 ECTS, of which at least 90 ECTS are in psychological subjects. Admission with a business administration Bachelor's degree is subject to individual assessment.

Details

The consecutive degree programme comprises 120 ECTS and offers students numerous options to set individual specialisations. They choose two study specialisations from the applied fields of business psychology: Corporate Health Management, Personnel Selection and Assessment, Conflict Management, Leadership, Personnel Development Instruments, Employee Retention, and Recruitment of Employees. In addition, students take one of the four business management specialisations: Strategic Marketing/Sales Management, Health Management (BWL), Tourism and Sports Management, as well as Education Management.
