Managing Companies with a Future-Oriented Approach
Today’s business world is increasingly focused on creating long-term value in terms of revenue and profit growth. These developments are closely monitored by the capital and investor markets and are reflected daily in the stock market valuation of corporations. It is therefore of immense importance to align the company in all its areas towards the market and the creation of long-term corporate value. In this context, there is also growing attention to ensuring that today’s companies possess a sustainable value system and make responsible decisions.
The leader of today is aware of this increasingly complex responsibility. All activities and decisions must be critically examined for their contribution to the company’s value and implemented accordingly. The necessary methodological tools are required to make market-oriented decisions and anticipate impacts on other areas. An interdisciplinary approach considering all operational functions such as Marketing & Sales, Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Business Controlling as well as the classic central functions Finance, Purchasing, HR and IT is therefore of central importance.
It is your task as a future leader to pursue a holistic approach to the creation and adherence to values. Our degree programme prepares you to take on this challenge:

  • Learn to adopt a cross-departmental perspective with a focus on market-oriented areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain Management, as well as planning and control functions for the creation of entrepreneurial value.
  • Learn to make management decisions responsibly based on sustainable values, balancing the tension between economy, ecology and social aspects in the spirit of sustainable corporate governance.
  • Advisory Service
