Admission requirements
The following admission requirements must be met for enrolment in the Master's programme Business Administration:
- relevant professional qualifying university degree in accordance with §10 BerlHG
- completed Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration, or
- completed Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60 ECTS credits in economic modules
A Master in Business Administration is the crowning achievement of a business degree. Those who choose a master’s decide on a career in the corporate world. Our master’s programme creates the best conditions for this.
BSP is a management university of applied sciences. Our master’s programme therefore places a special emphasis on management training. We offer education at the highest level and taking into account the latest research findings – in other words, “studying Business Class.”
The programme is practice-oriented. With us, there is no dry theory; all theoretical questions are tested in practice. Company excursions, computer simulations or the start-up workshop are examples of this.
English is the business language number one. Without English, a career in management is hardly possible anymore. That is why we have firmly integrated Business English into the study programme.

Our goal is to prepare you optimally for a career in management. A business degree generally offers good job prospects. The demand for highly qualified junior management staff has remained stable at a high level for years. For certain positions in a company, a master’s degree can be the decisive qualification and the tipping point.
