Admission requirements
For admission to the Bachelor's degree in Psychology, one of the following proofs is required:
You have the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (subject-specific Abitur) or the university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
Alternatively, you can provide evidence of a completed vocational training of at least two years, plus at least three years of professional experience, as well as successful completion of an aptitude test and the university's internal selection process.
With a foreign educational qualification, proof of a recognized university entrance qualification, sufficient German language skills (DSH or TestDaF examination), and successful completion of the selection process are required.
In addition, a curriculum vitae with a current passport photo and a copy of an identification document (for international applicants, a copy of the National Identity Card) must be submitted.

The programme is practice-oriented and prepares students for various fields, such as counselling, prevention, health promotion, justice, forensic psychology, personnel management, business consultancy, coaching, and research. The degree also provides access to a range of Master's programmes in various psychological specializations. Unique features of the programme include the option to choose a specialization, no NC restrictions, and accreditation by the Professional Association of Psychologists (BDP). The programme duration is six semesters in full-time mode and can be completed at multiple locations.
