The programme is particularly suitable for those planning to work later as an expert witness, in the penal system, in the fields of counselling and prevention, with the police and justice system, or in scientific research.

What Admission Requirements Are There?

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology (at a university or university of applied sciences). This qualification must meet the legal requirements according to the psychotherapist training reform.
  • Allocation of study places independent of the Numerus Clausus: A selection procedure with a personal interview will take place.
  • Start of studies is possible at the beginning of the winter semester.
  • For later licensing training under the old curriculum, applicants should have started their Bachelor's degree before 1 September 2020.
