Admission requirements

You must provide evidence of university entrance qualifications. This can be achieved through one of the following criteria:

  • German Abitur, Austrian Matura, Berufsreifeprüfung or an equivalent (also foreign) qualification,
  • a subject-specific university entrance exam,
  • a subject-specific university admission exam according to § 12 of the examination regulations of the Faculty of Psychology.

You must have sufficient language skills. The courses are predominantly held in German. For the German-language programme, German language skills at least at level B2 (CEFR) must be proven. In addition, English language skills at least at level B2 (CEFR) are required, as a large part of the academic literature is available in English.
