Psychology without Numerus Clausus (NC) in Göttingen (the city that creates knowledge)
Göttingen is an old, traditional and quiet university town in Lower Saxony and is home not only to the well-known Georg-August University but also to the Private University of Applied Sciences Göttingen, the oldest private, state-recognised university in Lower Saxony. Those who study in Göttingen do so primarily because of the tranquillity, which allows much more focused work than studying in a noisy city like Berlin.
This accredited and state-recognised psychology degree covers the entire spectrum of psychology and offers you a solid scientific education. It qualifies you both for an initial psychology-oriented professional activity and for a subsequent master’s degree programme. The programme combines traditional foundational subjects with application-oriented specialisations, so that you can deepen your studies according to your personal goals and interests.
