With your Master's degree in Pedagogy, Educational Counseling, and Leadership, you can work, for example, as an educational staff member in initial, further, and continuing education, as a manager for E-Learning and digital learning content, or in educational leadership.

To be admitted to the part-time Master's program in Pedagogy, Educational Counseling, and Leadership at IU International University, you need to have obtained a first degree with a focus on (social) pedagogy, education, or educational sciences from a state-recognized or state university, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
