- Alternative with lower first-degree grade: additional relevant Master-level credits or a completed relevant Master/MBA; or recognised extra-university qualifications (DQR 7 or equivalent) of at least 20 ECTS.
- Admission without Bachelor (Master for Professionals, 60 ECTS): (Fach-)Abitur or a completed 2-year vocational qualification (DQR 4) plus at least 6 years’ relevant work experience, including 3 years in leadership/expert roles, and a passed IU preparatory module (seminar paper and oral exam).
- Language for this programme: German. Accepted proofs for non-native speakers (B2 GER): TestDaF TND3 (min. 3 in all parts), DSH-1, telc Deutsch B2, ÖSD B2. Certificates must be valid at start.
