Admission requirements
The Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) is a state-recognized, private university of applied sciences. Students must therefore meet at least the same formal admission requirements that would be necessary for admission to a comparable course of study at a public university. The formal requirement for admission to a bachelor's degree at the FHM is a university or technical college entrance qualification. Practitioners with relevant professional qualifications can also take up studies. Possible ways to access the course:
Proof of university entrance qualification (general qualification for university entrance, etc.) Higher education entrance qualification Advanced technical college entrance qualification Master State-certified technician Master candidate with advanced technical college entrance qualification Business administrator in the skilled crafts sector Business administrator (IHK) Graduates of two-year technical college training courses Business administrators and business specialists State-certified business administrator Professional qualification (school leaving certificate + at least 2 years of training** + subsequent at least 3 years of subject-specific professional experience)*Examination of the university entrance qualification according to state law NRW
