Admission Requirements

The prerequisite for admission to this program is the successful completion of a bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS credits or an equivalent academic qualification, such as a diploma. In case of a deviation from the required grade point average, the ability to study may be demonstrated through a separate selection interview.
After completing your first degree, you must have been professionally active for at least 1 year.
Alternatively, you can also be admitted if you have completed a vocational training. Following your training, you must have been professionally active for at least 4 years, provide evidence of relevant professional further education, and pass an aptitude test.
Study Contents and Specializations
This master's programme provides you with methods and connections from the fields of Digital Management and General Management. For example, courses on topics such as Entrepreneurship, digital media, decision theories, International Management, financial management, organizational management, and business ethics are integrated into the curriculum. You will deepen the theoretically learned content through case studies in the areas of management, entrepreneurship, and business plans.
The study plan includes the following modules:
- 1st Semester: Economics of Digitisation, Online Marketing, Research and Science Methodology, Digitisation of the Working World, Self-reflection and Profile Building
- 2nd Semester: Digital Innovation, Social Media Management, Technical Applications and Data Management, Leadership and Personality Development, Digital Entrepreneurship
- 3rd Semester: Digital Product Management, Case Study, E-Commerce, Shaping and Experiencing Economics, Behavior-Oriented Decision Making
- 4th Semester: Project Management, Leadership and Motivation Recognition, Communication and Structure in Organizations, Economics: Current Trends and Applications
- 5th Semester: Master's Thesis

Study Concept and Structure
The part-time study programme at Fresenius University is a so-called hybrid study programme that combines face-to-face components with online study optimally. This allows you to complete a completely flexible study programme that integrates seamlessly into your everyday life, your professional life, and your family life.
The lectures take place on 2-3 Saturdays per month, from 8:00 to 16:00, and on a maximum of three Fridays per semester.
Practical: You do not have to attend lectures for every module. Many lectures can also be completed online or from home. With your enrolment, you will receive access to our learning platform studynet. In addition, you will study with elaborately designed study scripts, the studymags.
