Admission requirements

You need a bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS and a GPA of at least 3.0 (Regular Track) or a bachelor's degree with 210 ECTS and a GPA of 3.0 (Fast Track). Your degree should be in computer science, information systems, (health) economics, or a similar field from a recognised university. You must demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent evidence.

Details

The Master's programme in Data Science - Digital Health is designed to provide students with the necessary skills to strategically evaluate data in various areas of healthcare using modern AI methods and machine learning. In addition to analysis, the focus is on the appropriate visualisation of results, as only interpretable results provide valuable insights. Students also deepen their understanding of key aspects of Digital Health and become specialists in current issues in the healthcare industry.

In the area of Fundamentals of Healthcare Management, you will learn about healthcare systems, health problems, healthcare law, ethics, market access, reimbursements, entrepreneurship, and digital healthcare business models. In Digital Health Analytics, you will acquire skills in statistics, requirements management, basic programming, data management, data preprocessing and analysis, data visualization, dashboard development, including machine learning. The Fundamentals of Digital Health covers topics such as E-Health, M-Health, telemedicine, and healthcare systems and applications.
