Food safety, Bachelor of Science

Dual studies @ Fresenius University of Applied Sciences

This programme provides students with an in-depth understanding of food-related legislation, quality control and safety, and hygiene standards. During their studies, students alternate between theoretical courses at the university and practical assignments in companies in the food industry. They learn to identify risks in food production, implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with legal regulations. This dual approach enables students to apply their acquired knowledge directly in practice and to gain professional qualifications during their studies.
