Admission requirements

The requirement for admission is a state-recognised university degree obtained in Germany from a domestic or foreign university. Admission to the degree programme is granted to those who meet the formal requirements and successfully complete the selection procedure.

A total of 300 credit points are required for the master’s degree, which also includes the right to pursue a doctorate. Since the master’s degree programme comprises only 90 credit points, applicants who bring an equivalent of fewer than 210 credit points from their first degree must make up the missing credit points before their master’s graduation. Admission in this case is only granted on the condition that the missing credit points are proven before completing the master’s degree programme.
