Admission requirements
You already have a first non-business degree with at least 180 ECTS (e.g. Bachelor’s degree, state examination, or diploma from any type of university). You also have relevant professional experience and English skills at level B2 of the Cambridge Certificate. If you have not taken a test, you can also prove your English skills in a telephone test.

Advances in digital technologies are also leading to a paradigm shift in industrial value creation, which has been linked for several years with a new industrial revolution under the terms Industry 4.0 and Big Data. The merging of the physical and virtual worlds in cyber-physical systems also presents new challenges in management, particularly in the leadership and professional support of projects within change processes that will shape digital transformation in the coming years.
With the new focus on Engineering Management in the MBA for engineers, natural scientists, and computer scientists, Allensbach University is now offering, as one of the first universities at all, a management education at the master’s level in the context of the challenges described.
