A degree in industrial engineering enables direct entry into the master's programme. Graduates in engineering or technical studies will be admitted to the master's programme by completing the Business preparatory course: Business Essentials I - Business Theory and Research, Business Law, Market Analysis, Marketing and Sales, Business Startup Business Essentials II - Business Management, Investment, Finance and Business Mathematics, Human Resources A technical preparatory course for graduates with an economics/business degree allows access to the master's programme. Technical Essentials I - Mathematics, Materials Science, Technical Mechanics Technical Essentials II - Design, Materials Science II, Manufacturing, Electrical EngineeringFor each preparatory course, which lasts for one semester, participants will receive 30 ECTS credits.

The Master's programme International Business and Engineering offers a comprehensive education focusing on the interface of technology, management, and sustainability. The target group of this programme consists of graduates from the engineering and business sciences who aim to take on leadership roles at an international level. Students acquire comprehensive management skills and are enabled to develop sustainable and innovative solutions in a globalised working environment.
The course content includes both technical and business modules: In the first semester, students learn about Energy and Sustainability, Top Management, and International Framework. The second semester covers Modern Technologies and Development, International Collaboration, Middle Management, and Engineering Design Projects. Additionally, there are elective modules in the second semester. The master's thesis is written in the third semester and is an essential component of the programme.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates are well-prepared for leadership positions in both technical and business areas. Furthermore, the Master's programme opens up access to doctoral studies. The course offers flexibility with the option to start in either the summer or winter semester and promotes students' intercultural competence.
