- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or management position.
- Very good German and English skills (at least B1 according to CEFR).
- Successfully completed application process.
- Proof of a partner company for the part-time transfer project.
- Without a first university degree (professionally qualified):
- Admission according to §27 para. 8 HSG LSA as well as the regulations for admission of professionally qualified applicants at Steinbeis University.
- Very good German and English skills (at least B1 according to CEFR).
- Successfully completed application process.
- Proof of a partner company for the transfer project during the studies.

- Study formats: Part-time study for professionals.
- Duration & Modules: Standard variant: 7 modules of 4 days each (Wed–Sat) – degree with 60 ECTS in 15 months.
Extended variant: 13 modules of 4 days each (Wed–Sat) – degree with 90 ECTS in 24 months (possible with a corresponding group size). - Teaching concept: On-site phases are combined with self-study (online/offline). All mandatory modules are led by experienced professors and industry experts.
- Study abroad: At least one study trip abroad is included, for example to partner universities in St. Gallen, Europe, Asia or the USA.
- Language: The language of instruction is predominantly German; some modules or guest lectures may be held in English.
- Practical project: The central study achievement is the transfer project in the partner company, which is scientifically supervised throughout the entire course.
Important: For the course you need a partner company in which you carry out your transfer project. This can be your current employer or you can use the SCMT job board for a change.
