Requirements for enrolment

With your MBA in Leadership, you will work as a human resources manager or sales manager, for example.

The Fresenius University of Applied Sciences' Master's programme in Leadership is easy to join: A Bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS is required. In addition, you must provide evidence of at least 1 year of relevant work experience acquired following your Bachelor's degree.

The MBA in Leadership offers a wide range of professional opportunities and the qualifications to successfully tackle complex business challenges.

Study contents, modules and specialisations

In full-time studies, the study plan looks as follows:

• 1st semester: Principles of Strategic Management and Economics, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology for Leaders, Economic Developments and Management Decisions, Methods of Data Analysis for Business Decisions
• 2nd semester: Product and process management, finance and finance organisation, change management and digital leadership, economic modelling and entrepreneurship, international and intercultural management for leaders, leadership tools for a hybrid working world, sustainable leadership in the age of digitalisation and new work
• 3rd semester: Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics, Current Topics in Leadership and Management, Master's thesis

In the 2nd semester, you will choose your more in-depth modules from the compulsory elective areas: International and Intercultural Management for Leaders, Leadership Tools for a Hybrid Work Environment, Sustainable Leadership in the Age of Digitalisation and New Work.
