With your Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, you can work as an HR manager, in HR marketing, or as a Change Manager.

To be admitted to the dual study program at IU International University, you must have either a high school diploma (general higher education entrance qualification), a technical college entrance qualification, or a subject-specific university entrance qualification.

In addition, you can also study Human Resource Management without a high school diploma. For the dual study program without a high school diploma, you need to have completed an advanced training course, such as becoming a certified business economist, or have a master craftsman's certificate. Alternatively, you have completed a vocational training and worked full-time for at least 3 years following this training.
